Configuration:

1. Equipped with a pneumatic automatic deviation correction system, the steel strip does not deviate. Do not scratch the edges. The accounting cylinder adopts dual capillary cylinder and dual precision synchronous rack (mechanical deviation correction is not sensitive)
2. The cylinder control automatically synchronizes and adjusts the tightness to ensure smooth and even thermal expansion and contraction of the steel strip.
3. This machine is equipped with a Taiwan Yadeke pressure monitoring system, which provides protection against under pressure and overpressure. (High pressure steel strips are prone to breakage and deviation.)
4. The diameter of the roller is 850mm, and the hidden design of the roller (the steel strip does not deform)
The roller has a large diameter and operates smoothly. The biscuits are evenly spaced and evenly colored. The small diameter of the roller causes unstable operation, resulting in uneven spacing between biscuits when they fall into the steel strip, resulting in biscuit adhesion and uneven coloring. (Other manufacturers' screw push pull or cylinder adjustment is not synchronized).
