The machine is used to make crisp pastries, such as Chinese cookies-Taosu, crisp biscuits/cookies, shortbread, coconut crisp biscuit etc.

Advantages:
1. Multi-purpose: can make many types of crisp pastries, like Danish cookies, shortbread, butter biscuit etc.
2. Multi-style moulds: It can make different  shapes of biscuits/cookies with different moulds which can be replaced easily.
3. Two belts design: Residue of dough products can be removed through the gas between two belts and can be reused. If the residue is left on the baking tray, it is easily to be burnt in the baking oven which will affect the taste and flavor of finished products.
4. Baking tray shelf: 11 trays can be put at one time. No need one operator keeps placing trays without stop. More humanized.
