Configuration:
1. Alpha dual frequency conversion control, speed of mold and fabric belt can be monotonically or uniformly adjusted, with precise demolding.

2. This machine is equipped with a mold roller lifting device with a power of 0.75kw and an NMRV reducer lifting system. Easy to replace mold. The main cantilever and crossbeam are made of 304 stainless steel.
3. The pneumatic lifting rubber roller automatically adjusts the pressure and gap with the mold for smooth transportation, and the dough is formed evenly and stably. Food grade oil resistant rubber tube.
4. Knotless conveyor blended fabric belt solves historical problems. Knotted blended fabric belt is prone to deviation, opening, and is not durable. Dough is not demoulded from the PU and PVC conveyor belts.
This fabric belt has a material ratio of 40% cotton and 60% chemical fibers, which not only has water absorption and adsorption properties, but also tensile and wear-resistant properties. The dough demolding is complete, precise, does not deviate, and is durable.
5. The material of the feeding roller is 304, and ultra-high polymer baffles are installed on both sides.
6. This machine has a secondary conveyor belt, and waste can be recycled from the gap between the first and second stages. Secondary conveyor belt made of food grade PU material.
7. Both the primary and secondary conveyor belts of this machine are equipped with automatic deviation correction devices. Adopting pneumatic device for mechanical valve induction (photoelectric switch signal interference is prone to damage). Truly achieve unmanned management.
