The tunnel oven is a mechanical equipment designed to bake food using heat conduction, convection, and radiation. It features a long oven body, typically ranging from a minimum of 6 meters to a length of 60-80 meters. The baking room within the oven is a narrow tunnel, usually measuring between 80cm to 140cm in width. Inside the tunnel, there is a conveyor system that runs continuously. As the food is baked, it undergoes relative motion with the electric heating element or direct combustion rod through the conveyor chain plate, steel belt, or mesh belt.
