It is a automatic production line, saving labour and more fast. Energy source of the tunnel oven can be electricity, diesel or gas.

Configuration:
1. Alpha dual frequency conversion control, speed of mold and fabric belt can be monotonically or uniformly adjusted, with precise demolding.
Double active power Feibao cycloidal needle reducer, with a 1.5-inch chain. The chain is tightened using both spring and screw designs.
2. This machine is equipped with a mold roller lifting device with a power of 0.75kw and an NMRV reducer lifting system. Easy to replace mold. Cantilever rotating type: The main cantilever adopts a dual pressure bearing design, with bigger load-bearing capabilities and durability. The main cantilever and crossbeam are made of 304 stainless steel.
3. The pneumatic lifting rubber roller automatically adjusts the pressure and gap with the mold for smooth transportation, and the dough is formed evenly and stably. Food grade oil resistant rubber tube.
4. Knotless conveyor blended fabric belt solves historical problems. Knotted blended fabric belt is prone to deviation, opening, and is not durable. Dough is not demoulded from the PU and PVC conveyor belts.
This fabric belt has a material ratio of 40% cotton and 60% chemical fibers, which not only has water absorption and adsorption properties, but also tensile and wear-resistant properties. The dough demolding is complete, precise, does not deviate, and is durable.
5. The material of the feeding roller is 304, and ultra-high polymer baffles are installed on both sides.
6. This machine has a secondary conveyor belt, and waste can be recycled from the gap between the first and second stages. Secondary conveyor belt made of food grade PU material.
7. Both the primary and secondary conveyor belts of this machine are equipped with automatic deviation correction devices. Adopting pneumatic device for mechanical valve induction (photoelectric switch signal interference is prone to damage). Truly achieve unmanned management.
8. The side return conveyor device of this machine allows for centralized recycling of waste and reuse in the hopper. 9. The machine steel plate is 22mm thick manganese plate, and the outer cover material is stainless steel.

D. Spraying machine

 F. Tunnel oven (can be customized)

1. Steel rollers are used in the furnace, with each roller measuring 1 meter. The bearings are located on the outer side of the insulation layer, making them easy to maintain and corrosion-resistant.
2. The oven is equipped with automatic deviation correction function to ensure smooth operation of the steel strip and achieve unmanned management. Equipped with air pressure monitoring function to prevent the deviation correction system from running off due to gas interruption.
3. The insulation layer of the oven is 300mm thick.
4. This oven is equipped with an automatic exhaust and drainage steam system, variable frequency speed regulation, separate control by zones and sections, and adjustable exhaust volume. 
5. The connection of the tunnel oven adopts 30mm thick aluminum silicate cotton as a sealing gasket, and the end face of the tunnel oven is designed with 8 screws for fastening and sealing. The outer side of the tunnel oven connection is sealed with temperature resistant sealant.
6. Automatic temperature control, adjustable from 50 to 300 degrees, uniform temperature in the furnace, uniform thickness of biscuit cake, and uniform color.
7. The oven is equipped with automatic deviation correction function to ensure smooth operation of the conveyor belt, ensure that the conveyor belt does not deviate or scratch edges, and achieve unmanned management.
In conjunction with the slave air pressure monitoring and alarm function, it can prevent unnecessary losses caused by the deviation correction system's gas cut conveyor belt deviation and edge scraping.
8. Siemens PLC computer system+Kunlun touch screen control, one button automatic start and one button automatic stop. The recipe storage and call are convenient and fast, and it also has functions such as fault diagnosis and alarm. This oven is equipped with a touch screen at the inlet and outlet respectively. The inlet touch screen not only monitors the oven, but also monitors the molding and spraying equipment of our company. The operating status is clear at a glance, making it easy for employees to operate.
